Five Bedroom Farmhouse:

$1600 per week (4 people)

$25 for each additional person (up to 8 total)

Two Room Efficiency Suites (2 adults & minor children):

Upper Units - $875 per week

Lower Units - $875 per week

Per night - $140-$170 (3 Night minimum)

 

Inn (1 - 2 adults):

Two Room Suites:               $100-$120 per night

Single Rooms:                     $90-$110 per night

 

Cape House:                        

$875 per week

 

Duplex:                              

$125-$140 per night (3 Night minimum)

**Rates do not include 9% New Hampshire lodging tax

**We do not accept credit cards.  Personal checks and travelers checks are accepted.

  1. The Greystone property is entirely smoke-free indoors and out.  (There is a small canopy on the side lawn where smoking is allowed.)

2. So all guests can enjoy the property equally we do not allow pets.

3. The efficiencies and Farmhouse are rented Saturday to Saturday.  Check-in 3:00 pm; check-out 10:00 am.

4. Because we have waiting lists on most weeks, we have refund deadlines on the two deposits.  The first $200 deposit is due Nov. 30 and is refundable until February 15th.  The second $200 deposit is due March 1st and refundable until April 15th.

5. Each unit has one parking space (with the exception of the Farmhouse which can park 3 cars).  If there will be more than one car please contact the office for availability and rates.

6. Boat docks and moorings are available.  Docks are $120/wk; $20/night.  Moorings are $75/wk. and $12/night.  We suggest reservations in advance.

7. Because The Greystone property is for the exclusive use of our registered guests, and we price accordingly, visitors must be checked-in at the office...a $10/day fee will apply at the discretion of the office.

8. All efficiency units have a fridge, built-in stovetop burners, microwave, coffee-maker, basic dishware, pots and pans, and are self-housekeeping.

The Greystone provides bath towels,  sheets, quilt and blanket, dishtowels, dish and pump hand soap, toilet paper, and trash bags.  All are available in the office.
